Bishop James G. Rodges
Pastor James G. Rodges is a vibrant, bold, enigmatic, and captivating minister of the 21st century. He is the Pastor of Transformation Center Church, formerly known as Jonesville Baptist Church of the P.A.W. in Savannah, GA. His ministry has blessed others as he travels across this country and the world. Born in Shaw, Miss. and reared in a Christian home, he quickly felt enamored of the gospel of Jesus Christ. He began preaching the gospel on the campus of Mississippi Valley State University, where he graduated with a degree in Industrial Technology.
His love gave way to devotion, devotion to passion. In his twenties, he became a national evangelist, winning souls to the kingdom of God and establishing a campus ministry. Pursuing his ministry calling, he obtained a Masters in Biblical Studies from Trinity Theological Seminary. Pastor Rodges work in International Missions and Biblical education earned an honorary Doctorate degree from Aenon Bible College, Indianapolis Indiana.
He is married to Phyllis Frazier Rodges, D.SL, the couple have four children. His radio and television ministry, Rhema ministries, has aired on the Now Network and the local E93 radio and television stations. It is a power-packed broadcast reaching out to hurting and hungry people.
Pastor Rodges has served extensively in various positions over a long and productive leadership career, as the Assistant General Secretary of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the Word, the diocesan Bishop of the 51st Episcopal District (Northern Philippines). Presently, the Diocesan Bishop of the Mountain States Council In 2021, he debuted his first published work, “8 Days of being Courageous over Fear”.
Bishop Rodges is the founder and CEO of Zoe International Fellowship, a ministry mentoring organization which seeks to prepare ministry leaders for their divine purpose. He has influenced and impacted the lives of many. He believes his preaching and teaching ministry is one God has given him to help others find their purpose and fulfill their destiny in the body of Christ. Pastor Rodges is an innovator, motivator, and most assuredly a man of God.
DR. PHYLLIS F. RODGES
Dr. Phyllis F. Rodges; a woman of classic distinction and un-paralleled passion, she is the wife of Pastor James G. Rodges, the first lady of Transformation Center Church, formerly known as Jonesville Baptist Church of the P.A.W. and the mother of four children (Jordan, James II, Joshua and Johanna).
Notwithstanding, her business acumen has made her a blessing to the body of Christ. During her tenure at TCC, she has been instrumental in property acquisitions, serving as Project Manager for three multimillion-dollar construction projects. Additionally, as Executive Pastor, she administrates several TCC ministries, an office staff and countless volunteers. Driven by a desire to enlighten, enhance and empower women, she founded Women of Destiny, a ministry that deals with the holistic development of women; she hosts church services, seminars, and events focused on women's empowerment.
Dr. Rodges is also, founder and Executive Director of The Transformation Project, an independent, non-profit corporation, committed to helping all people, from all walks of life, as well as founder with her husband of M.J. Rodges Academy; a day school tailored for excellence in education. She holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership with a concentration in Consulting, as well as a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Leadership from Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA.
She is a woman of wisdom and grace, committed to the work of the kingdom.
